Coaching includes education, personalized support, and pattern recognition across nutrition, meal timing, hydration, movement, sleep, stress, and blood pressure monitoring to help clients better understand what may be influencing their blood pressure and make sustainable lifestyle changes.

Vivahealthy™ provides health and lifestyle coaching and does not provide medical care. Information and coaching provided through this website or through Vivahealthy™ services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Vivahealthy™ does not prescribe medications, change medication dosages, or direct clients to begin or discontinue medications. Clients should discuss medical concerns, symptoms, diagnoses, laboratory results requiring medical interpretation, and medication decisions with their physician or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional. You should not share your password, private coaching links, or other account-access information with unauthorized individuals.
